Refund Policy

WP SEO Agent is operated by Now Technology Systems (ABN 95 168 282 914, the trustee for Greenfield Chan Discretionary Trust). We want every subscriber to get real value from our platform. This policy explains how refunds work, including our 30-Day Smart Guarantee for new subscribers.

This policy complies with Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any consumer guarantees or rights you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

30-Day Smart Guarantee

All first-time subscribers on a paid plan (Starter at $19/month, Pro at $49/month, or Agency at $129/month) are covered by our 30-Day Smart Guarantee. If you give the platform a genuine try and do not see any measurable ranking improvement within 30 days, we will refund your first month in full.

How to Qualify

To be eligible for a guaranteed refund, all of the following conditions must be met within your first 30 days:

  1. Plugin installed within 7 days of signup. The WP SEO Agent plugin must be installed and connected to your WordPress site within one week of subscribing.
  2. Onboarding completed. You have selected your target pages and keywords through the plugin dashboard and connected Google Search Console.
  3. At least 3 Tier 1 recommendations implemented. You have applied a minimum of three high-priority recommendations provided by the platform.
  4. No measurable ranking improvement. None of your Quick Win keywords have moved up by at least one position in search results, as verified through Google Search Console data within the Service.

Google Search Console must be connected for ranking verification. Without ranking data, improvement cannot be measured and the guarantee cannot be assessed.

What Happens If You Qualify

If all four conditions above are met and no improvement is recorded, you will receive a full refund of your first monthly payment. No questions asked.

What Happens If Conditions Are Not Met

If you have not completed the qualifying steps, our support team will work with you to finish the setup and give the platform a proper chance. If you still wish to cancel, we may offer a discretionary refund on good faith, assessed on a case-by-case basis.

After a Guarantee Refund

If a refund is issued under the 30-Day Smart Guarantee:

  • Your account will be moved to the free tier (it will not be deleted).
  • Your data, recommendations, and reports will be retained for 12 months.
  • You can resubscribe to a paid plan at any time.

General Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. If you cancel partway through a billing period, you will retain access until the end of that period. No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of the current billing cycle.

Annual Subscriptions

If you cancel an annual subscription within the first 90 days, you are eligible for a pro-rata refund for the unused months remaining on your plan. After 90 days, no refund is available for annual subscriptions. Cancellation still takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

When Cancellation Takes Effect

All cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to your plan features until that date. No action is required after submitting a cancellation request.

Situations Where Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Failure to use the service. Subscribing and not using the platform does not qualify for a refund.
  • Selecting the wrong plan. If you chose a plan that does not suit your needs, you can downgrade at any time. Refunds are not provided for plan selection errors.
  • Not reading documentation. Our onboarding guides and help centre are available to all subscribers. Not reviewing these resources is not grounds for a refund.

Duplicate Charges

If you are charged more than once for the same billing period due to a processing error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full. Please contact us and we will resolve this promptly.

Service Outages

If the WP SEO Agent platform experiences an unplanned outage lasting more than 72 continuous hours, affected subscribers will receive a pro-rata credit applied to their next billing period. Credits are calculated based on the duration of the outage relative to your billing cycle.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to support@wpseoagent.com.au with your account email and the reason for your request. Our support team will respond within 2 business days.

All refunds are processed via Stripe to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Please note: All charges and refunds will appear on your bank or credit card statement as “MY AI WORKER (NTS)”. This is the billing name for our parent company, Now Technology Systems, which processes payments for WP SEO Agent.

Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If our service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to remedies including a refund, replacement, or compensation for any reduction in value. This refund policy does not limit those rights in any way.
